4th Grade Field Trip Fun!
Our 4th graders had an AMAZING day exploring the rich history and culture of Texas on their field trip with Education in Action! They kicked off the adventure at the Fort Worth Stockyards, where they got a taste of Texas' wild west heritage. From seeing the famous cattle drive to learning about the history of cowboys, ranching, and the Fort Worth Stockyards' role in shaping the state, students had a blast stepping back in time!
Next, they visited the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame where they celebrated the powerful women who helped shape the West. Students explored exhibits honoring legendary cowgirls, and learned about their amazing contributions to agriculture, rodeo, and more.
It was a day filled with learning, excitement, and plenty of Texan spirit!
