Medical Assistant Practicum students
Anna High School medical assistant practicum students are practicing their EKG skills. Within just a few school weeks, these bright students learned the heart's anatomy and the heart's conduction system. They've also learned how to set up EKG leads, use an EKG machine, troubleshoot EKG issues, interpret EKGs, and diagnose several heart conditions using an EKG. Dr. Nicholas Mitchell, DC, CTE teacher, says he is amazed every day by our talent at AHS.
