Now Showing: Homecoming

CCMS pulled out all the sparkles for this year's Homecoming theme of "Now Showing". Students and staff represented some of their favorite movies through days like "Coyotes in Wonderland", "Coyotes in the Wild West", and "Coyotes Under the Sea". Football and volleyball brought in some tough wins and purple and white were echoed at every doorway. But the highlight of the week was our first pep rally of the year. Due to football's clean sweep over Slayter Creek, Mrs. Smith began the rally by spray-painting the hair of Slayter's principal, Mr. Blancett. Band, color guard, and cheer performed spectacularly for their peers. And the House of Friendship won the first round of the 24-25 Spirit Stick. With all the stars shining in their own brilliant places, it was bittersweet to see this year's homecoming at CCMS come to an end.
