The Anna Education Foundation (AEF) is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The mission of the Foundation is to enhance and invest in educational excellence in the Anna Independent School District. The foundation accepts donations to promote the academic achievement of all AISD students. Contributions to the AEF are exempt from federal income tax under section 170c of the Internal Revenue Code.
AEF programs include:
Grants to school campuses and teachers for classroom programming;
District-wide grants to support and expand the school district's goals and curriculum;
Management of specific endowments for scholarships and grants;
Recognition of the top graduating seniors and their most influential teachers from the district’s high schools.
All of these activities are made possible through generous donations from corporate partners, parents, AISD employees, private grants and community organizations.

Once a year the Education Foundation for Anna ISD awards grants to teachers for innovative educational concepts that will help their students to excel in the classroom. Grants are awarded during the Fall to individual teachers, grade levels, departments, and entire campuses.
Partnering with the Foundation gives businesses and individuals an opportunity to financially support education in the Anna Independent School District and children in our community. This is an excellent way to increase your visibility in the community and can be claimed as a tax deductable contribution.
Everyone who contributes is valued as partner of the Foundation. At the Gold level or higher, Foundation Partners receive prominent recognition at events and on the website. Additionally, Gold, Platinum and Diamond partners receive invitations to all Foundation events and exposure on the AEF website with a direct link to your company.
The Foundation needs your partnership more than ever to assist in supporting our campuses, students and staff with the funding of unique and creative opportunities otherwise not provided in the regular school district’s budget. Questions in regard to ways you can support excellence in education, please contact Tiffany McFadden at 214-801-9422 or Sue Akins, at 972.924.1011.
