The Special Services Department
The Special Services Department includes Special Education, Section 504, Dyslexia Services, Homebound Services, Response to Intervention (RtI), McKinney-VentoHomeless/Foster Services, and Pregnancy Related Services.
The Special Services Department is committed to providing students with special needs with access to individualized programs that have been designed to meet each child’s unique educational needs. We strive to serve students, support campuses, and collaborate with families as they navigate the many stages of education. Special Services is committed to preparing all learners for further education, employment, and independent living following the completion of their public school careers. The Special Services staff is also dedicated to creating learning environments that are conducive to high-quality instruction and positive behavioral supports, while also valuing the importance of building strong relationships.
