Substitute Information

Substitutes must attend a mandatory orientation each school year. Please bring a COPY of your valid driver license and social security card, college transcripts (if you have one) and/or a copy of a valid Texas teaching certificate (if you have one) to the orientation. If you are a returning substitute teacher, you do not need to provide any documentation UNLESS you have a name change, then you must provide an updated social security card and driver's license. The dress attire for the orientations is business casual. Anna ISD does not conduct one-on-one meetings so please make arrangements to attend a scheduled orientation. You only need to attend ONE of the orientations per school year. You do not need to contact us beforehand to let us know if you will be attending or not. There will be a sign-in sheet at the orientation.
