New Hire Process

  1. Applicants must complete an application on Teacher Job Network.  
  2. Principal or Supervisor will conduct the interviews and make a recommendation to Human Resources for a final interview. 
  3. Human Resources will contact the applicant and schedule a final interview with the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services.  
  4. The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources will make the final offer for employment.  
  5. The applicant should expect a welcome email sent from a Do.Not.Reply email account to be sent to the email account listed on their application for employment. This email should be received within 48 hours of the final interview if the employee was recommended for hiring.  
  6. In this email the applicant will need to complete the 3 forms linked in the application.
    • Applicant Information form
    • Electronic signature agreement
    • TEA Ethnicity & Race Questionnaire
  7.  Next, the new employee will receive access to their Anna ISD email account. This will be the last email sent to the personal email account, all other emails will go to the applicant's Anna ISD email account. Please log in to the Anna ISD email account and complete the rest of your employment forms. These forms include:
    • W-4
    • I-9
    • Personal Info Release
    • Social Security Agreement
    • Criminal History Verification Form
    • Direct Deposit
  8.  Once all new hire paperwork is complete new employee will receive their Anna ISD badge. Hires for the following school year will receive their badge during new employee orientation.
