ParentSquare

Anna ISD and its campuses now use ParentSquare to communicate with families through email, text, phone calls, and app messages! With ParentSquare, families can choose what methods they want to receive communication through. By default, all families will receive digest – or recap – email and text messages at 6 p.m. daily, eliminating the clutter caused by dozens of messages.

All families are sent registration emails at the start of the school year but can also register without this message. Families can visit www.parentsquare.com/signin to register using the email or phone number they have on file with their child’s school.

Smartphone Apps

For families with Apple or Android smartphones, ParentSquare offers an app to view all communication from teachers, schools, and the district. This app provides another avenue to review communication, though it is not required – families can still view communication by phone, email, or on the ParentSquare website.

StudentSquare and Apps

At the secondary level, teachers and schools can communicate directly with students in StudentSquare, the student-branded version of ParentSquare. The features are nearly identical, providing educators with an easy way to reach students via one-on-one communication or larger groups. As with ParentSquare, apps for StudentSquare are available on both Apple and Android smartphones.

Need Help?

ParentSquare offers a helpful Help feature located in the top right corner of your screen when you're logged into your account. Simply click the question mark to access it. We recommend first searching the Help articles, as they often provide quick solutions. If further assistance is needed, the Chat feature is also available for a fast response.

If you still need help, parents, students, and staff can fill out this form for additional support.
