About Us

Located in northern Collin County, 40 miles north of Dallas, Anna is one of the top five fastest-growing cities in North Texas.  We are a 4A district, with enrollment at more than 5,300 students and climbing every day.

Anna ISD is devoted to accommodating this growth by building new schools, expanding its facilities, and hiring quality teachers and staff. In addition, we continue to add more opportunities and new programs for our kids. We pride ourselves on creating a family atmosphere for our students and staff. We focus on student achievement and building character while keeping the Anna family spirit alive.

Anna ISD currently has eight schools serving more than 5,000 students PreK-12 grades.  We have four elementary schools (grades PreK-5), two middle schools (grades 6-8), one high school (grades 9-12), and one alternative education center.

Our vision, mission, and core beliefs guide us in everything we do at Anna ISD. These statements are not just words on a page - they are carried out by our Anna ISD family every day.
