If you are needing to receive a refund for your student's field trip, library fees, etc, please complete the online form linked below. Once you have completed the form, a PDF will be generated and sent to the campus secretary to submit for approval. Please allow up to two weeks once the form has been submitted to receive your refund, as it takes time to make its way through the process.
